Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
- Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups using hospital systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Assist with processing and verifying medical insurance documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hospital or high-end hotel environment.
- Prior experience with medical insurance processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of personal grooming and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
