Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
  • Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups using hospital systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
  • Assist with processing and verifying medical insurance documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hospital or high-end hotel environment.
  • Prior experience with medical insurance processes is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
